Karen brings over 25 years of excellence and customer service leadership experience to the EFI contact center. Karen is incharge of and is leading a team of 50+ energy efficiency product, rebate and utility contact center members, ensuring each customer of each EFI utility client is handled with the care, accuracy and enthusiasm they deserve.  Her process improvements, call and live chat flow upgrades and scripting tweaks have led to shorter call times, higher answer rates, and higher customer satisfaction scores.
