Through the distribution of resource conserving products and the provision of objective, accurate information, we strive to assist people in their efforts to use energy and water efficiently.

EFI's Consumer Division works to stimulate increased use of effective energy efficiency and resource conservation-related products. Our online store features over 1,000 products, combining online purchasing with comprehensive product and technology information.

Online Store: Don't have to go out looking for energy efficient products. Order online at efi.org/store, and have products delivered within days by UPS Ground, UPS Air, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Parcel Post.

E-Newsletter: EFI's quarterly e-newsletter will provide you with periodic information by email about new products, programs, and resource conservation-related issues.

Payment Terms: EFI's Consumer Division accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Orders are not charged until after packages ship.

Returns: EFI will honor all manufactuters' warranties for the products we sell. Returns are accepted within 30 days for full credit on unused products in original packaging. Please call 800-379-4121 to get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) before returning product. EFI cannot accept returns or issue credit for caulks, sealants, mastic, foams, and tapes.
