Chris Palaima

Director of Customer Experience

Christopher Palaima started at EFI in 2009 as a customer service representative and transitioned into roles supporting EFI’s training efforts in 2011.  As the Training Manager, Mr. Palaima designed and facilitated a wide variety of training content including instructional procedures for organization processes, client programs, new hire training, and safety and security compliance training.

In his current role as Director of Customer Experience, Chris builds high performing teams in EFI’s Training, Customer Contact Center, and Data Processing departments, and works to ensure the smooth operation of EFI’s internal processes and best-in-class experience for our clients’ customers.

Outside of the office, Chris is an avid sports fan, supporting all the New England teams alongside his wife and two dogs from their mini basement theater.
