Maureen Huffam
Director of People Strategy
As a member of the Leadership Team and Director, People Strategy. Maureen Huffam collaborates with leaders and teams to align people strategies with business objectives. Maureen brings 20+ years of successful business experience in partnering with senior leaders to build organizational capacity for both profit and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of organizational and leadership development, coaching, employee engagement, and talent management. Maureen finds creative ways to move business’ forward through the proper mix of people, process and technology to achieve optimum effectiveness.
Prior to joining EFI, Maureen held various HR leadership positions including, Conservation Services Group, CLEAResult, Shriners Children’s Hospital, Safety Insurance, and Plymouth Rock Insurance.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from UMASS Amherst in Consumer Economics. Maureen lives in Milford with her husband and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
